This series began in 2013, Inspired by the intricate line techniques I learned while working with Tibetan lamas on sand paintings. I began exploring the Earth from above using Google Earth, searching for landscapes that captivated me for their unique compositions or subtle rhythms, and at times, I am also drawn to places I have visited in person and wished to revisit through my work. Filtered through the idea that solid is an illusion, these aerial views were transformed through a practice of paint pouring and meticulous line drawing. The result is a body of work that explores the intersection of perception, impermanence, geography, and the hidden patterns that connect us.

Always guided by the concept of contradictions coexisting harmoniously as one, a recurring theme throughout my work, the pieces in this series begin with intuitive paint pouring (unlike landscapes of Earth which begin with structure given by the lines). As the composition starts to take shape, other elements enter the conversation. Lines, wood, metal, recycled materials, and found objects begin to interact with the existing organic forms until the composition reaches a point of balance, where the whole becomes more important than any of its individual elements.
Works on this series are abstract. Unlike the abstract figurative pieces in Landscapes of Earth and zooming in.

This very playful series is about details. and close ups. Details within the landscapes, the chaos and the structure that holds our reality in place. An object, a flower, a place, or just an idea of a thing. Always coherent with my fascination with quantum physics where "realism" is never found and always in it's place will be a version that will leave part of the creation to the viewer. This series, like Landscapes of Earth, is figurative as much as is abstract. Unlike the more abstract pieces on "Landscapes of thought"

Installations, interactive pieces, 3D wall art and happenings can all be included in this series denominated 3D.
My favorite to create, jet the one I've worked on the least amount of time throughout my career as an artist.
This is rapidly changing, and soon this series will be gaining many more entries.
Refugio Milagro, for me, it is part of this idea. The creation of an ecosystem and a world that will interact with everyone who comes close. to live the experience.
Stay tuned!
Art does not exist solely to turn us into artists or to produce objects meant to be sold. Perhaps art is the most direct and honest way we, as human beings, can come closer to what we truly are: a small expression of the Whole and, at the same time, channels through which an energy flows—an energy some call divine and others name in different ways.
If the same "truth" were to pass through each of us, its translation would inevitably be unique. Each person would express it through their own history, sensitivity, and perspective; yet all of these expressions would, in essence, be different interpretations of the same frequency, the same current of life.
In these workshops, we use art, breath work, movement, and psychology as pathways for exploration and self-discovery. Our intention is to reconnect with our most authentic nature and to uncover the languages and forms of expression that allow us to free the soul, the mind, and the body from inherited stories, acquired beliefs, and patterns that may once have protected us, but no longer support our growth or our ability to fully inhabit the present moment.

A project where an Art statement became a live ecosystem
As always, many different elements come together to become one piece, where the balance of the whole supersedes the individual importance of its parts.
Located in Siquisique, Lara, Venezuela.
Refugio Milagro is a regenerative ecosystem that began as a dream, and now has become a living landscape, where permaculture, art, music, circular economy, cocuy, gastronomy, mixology, science, community development, and hospitality converge into a single expression of how we choose to inhabit the world.
At Refugio Milagro, art doesn't decorate—it transforms. It's the encounter between what the land has to offer and what the artist brings from any corner of the world. Both emerge different.
